对于玻璃异形机来说，其整机性能必须满足以下要求。
1)传动机构动作应准确、可靠，不应有明显的震动、冲击、爬行现象。
2)玻璃异形机吸盘能正常工作进的真空范围为-0.05～-0.1MPa。

4)磨轮轴承部位温升小于45摄氏度，较高温度小于85摄氏度。
5)磨轮旋转轴的运动精度：轴向跳动不大于0.03mm，径向跳动不大于0.03mm。
6)玻璃异形机整机噪声小于等于85dB(A)。
